A friend referred me to Eric with AUS when I told them we were having serious computer issues. They came out to my office when I called them and spent over an hour looking through my network and discussing the problems we were having for free. They provided me with a document that listed the all the issues I was having and why. I told them to get on it and make it right and they did. They were very informative and did not pressure us into spending more than what we could. We could not ask for better service. Customer for life!

AUS does what they say they will do. There have been many instances of deadlines to meet and AUS has either completed the task or let us know why things changed. We understand things change and the most important thing for us is that they keep the lines of communication open. They do a great job of keeping us informed and documenting the work performed. AUS has reasonable prices and in many cases has saved us money. They respond quickly to problems to keep our people productive. Their tech's are not only good at their jobs, they are good people. Integrity goes a long way in developing trust. I couldn't ask for a better IT support team than AUS.

You are only as good as your people and AUS has great people. They are know what they are doing in the computer room, are able to put together concise budgets for our capital expenditures, and offer solid solutions to our IT needs. Their techs are courteous and responsive to the customers needs and it is a pleasure working with them.

They not only provided us with a written plan to repair our network issues (lots of them) but they built a budget around the plan and had our network secured and running correctly in no time. They have great techs and we like that we have one assigned tech who is in our office two times a week and he makes sure that all our needs are being met. We looked at other providers but we felt that a company that has an incentive to keep our network up and running rather than calling them when something breaks ensures us that they will keep everything is up to par. They also knew our billing software and that made everything easy for us, they gave us better support than the software company.
