My business computer stopped working and I was afraid I lost everything. We had years of files and custom programs written for my business on the computer. The guys and gal at Computer Renaissance worked late into the night to repair my computer and save my data. The computer now works better than ever. The cost was less than half of the geek squad quote and they completed everything within 24 hours. They also developed a simple and effective backup solution. They are great. I would highly recommend their services to any business or individuals. Thank you Computer Renaissance.

These guys are the best! They were quick on the repair, saved my data and my business. Very professional and priced very reasonable. I have been to other computer repair companies but have never been treated as good as my experience with Computer Renaissance. Thanks again,

I really hate giving these guys a 2 for a rating, but the last issue I had with my notebook I felt that I was not represented well. Computer Renaissance sent my notebook out for repair. When I got it back, a few of the keys did not work and the card slot on the side was broken. I immediately called CR and was told to bring it back up. As I was explaining the issues, Steve (owner) wouldn't pay me any attention. He was looking at something else and said "We'll take a look at it". I explained to him that I knew it wasn't their fault and that they should handle it with the 3rd party who repaired it, cause I didn't want to incur any extra cost and didn't think that CR needed to either. He wouldn't do it and insisted that he would take care of it. I waited another week to get my notebook back, paid another $50 (on top of $300 for the motherboard repair) and explained to him my dissatisfaction. He really didn't care and all he could explain is: "Do you know how many pc's we send out and come back with something else wrong?. They're (3rd party) not going to work with us". Well, sounds like they need to start using someone else who provides better customer service. Mind you, I was extremely patient and considerate enough to make sure that their customers couldn't hear our discussion. I told him that he could take care of me and I'll continue to come back or he could charge me and I wouldn't return. He said, "$53". I paid the man and I'll never go back. Sometimes, a customer just wants to hear that you understand them and that you tried. If I would have received that from him, I would have happily paid him and continued to utilize their services. I will say that Jessie, the technician is great and is very helpful. I think he needs to get out and start his own business.

Randy is correct, there are always areas of improvement. We are a family owned small business where our customers and employees are our livelihood. Our business philosophy has always been to do what’s right and fair for the customer. We honestly believe we handled Randy’s repair promptly, efficiently and priced extremely fair considering the work that was performed. The 2 rating Randy chose to give is very unfair. Randy’s repair was extensive notebook motherboard repair. The notebook would not power on when he brought it to us for service. Randy agreed for us to send the notebook to a repair company. After the return of the repaired power problem, Randy felt the company should have also fixed additional damage to the outer casing and keyboard where the customer stated he dropped the notebook. Unfortunately, the company was only paid to repair the motherboard power problem. However, Computer Renaissance repaired the notebook damage at no labor cost to the customer. All we asked that he purchase the parts which he agreed, but later changed his mind when he picked up the equipment. We deeply regret the customer’s dissatisfaction in our efforts.

After a recent lightning strike, I took my pc (which I purchased from Computer Renaissance Conyers) to this store. They repaired it that day under my service contract. They were very responsive.
