after the storm, they answered their phone, they were on time and they stood behind their quote. I would recommend to my mother.

Overall rating: Extremely Dissatisfied !!! In short, Platinum Roofing is not a reliable company. Platinum Roofing is a Bad, Rude, Arrogant, and does not keep their promise. They customer support is rude, arrogant and I feel that all potential customers should be aware of this before dealing with them. Please read my review below and you will agree with me that all customers should avoid dealing with this company who could not keep their promise! I called and spoked with Ms. Tracy about 10 days ago to schedule an appointment for an estimate. A few days later, I called them up 24 hrs prior to the appointment date and was told that my appointment was cancelled. I was so mad because I have applied for a day off with my boss and wanted to stay home when their employees show up for the appointment. The reason given by Ms. Tracy was her company is holding a staff meeting on that morning. So, all morning appointments were cancelled. She did not even applogize for it and sounded pretty arrogant. So, "notifying customers in advance about this cancellation" is not one of her job responsibilities. If they were to tell me sooner, I could have make other appointments with other companies to fix my roofing issue.
