My PC was serviced better than expected, and the price was VERY fair. I later had an unrelated problem... I gave them a call, and they gladly helped me over the phone. I have since recommeded Power PC to friends because I was so confident they would give the the same outstanding service I received.

We've taken our PC to them more than once. They were VERY fair on the price....even threw in a few extra things at no charge. They've helped us troubleshoot an issue with another computer again, at no charge. The staff is very knowledgable and eager to help. One thing I really appreciate is that they give an ACCURATE estimate before they begin the work and if anything changes during the repair, they call to get authorization beofre doing anything that may cost more.
