Ripped Off

I have 3 toilets in my home and needed 2 repaired. I contact Superior Plumbing. They came to my home and told me to repair the two toilets is one fix price. They repair the toilets in the master and powder room. The powder room I had the wooden floor replace one week before they came. 5 months later and the powder room is leaking again. I called them and they claim they never repair the powder room, that they only did the master. The manager stated that the work order or contract I sign only had the master toilet on it therefore they did not do it. I told him on the left side of the contract it stated "reset powder room toilet". The manager went further to say the left side of the contract is for taking notes and that doesn't mean it was done. He also stated when the plumber came to my home there was a repair man at my home so the repair man was the one that did the powder room toilet. I told him the repair man was the builder of my home and came out to review the hard wood floor repair done a week ago. I told him I would like to speak to the plumber Keith McCowen that came to my home and would like a statement stating he only did the master toilet. I was told no and that he (the manager) is here to protect his workers. I asked about the workmanship guarantee. I was told they can only guarantee work for 1 month and if I wanted more than a month guarantee, I should have purchase their waranty. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I BLAME MYSELF AS I DID NOT CHECK OUT THESE REVIEWS.

They were overpriced, incompetent, and horrible to work with. They couldn't find the problem. I had to show them were the leak was, and then they charged me several times what anybody else would charge. After contacting others who have used them, EVERYONE SAID NEVER USE THEM!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. The only good reviews have to come from their own employees!

would not reccomend because they replace a pipe for my septic tank that never fixed the problem. I called Bowens plumbing and had to replace the entire septic system after paying Superior plumbing

The folks at Superior Plumbing are the real deal. They arrive on time and complete their work in a professional and courteous manner. If you have any issues with them you can always contact the owner Jay Cunningham. He is a hands on leader who regularly makes himself available to his clients. I would encourage you to give them a try. ML

If you are looking to get RIPPED-OFF or treated RUDELY by the customer service manager, then this is your company! Give your business to a company who will provide you with a fair quote and back up their work with a "real" warranty. By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with in all my years as a homeowner.
